Realtor® for SCOPE (Selling City Owned Properties Efficiently) - Baltimore City Project designed to create a simplified and cost effective process for putting vacant and underutilized City owned properties on the open market and into the hands of responsible buyers. This is a pilot program that has received national attention. There were over 150 agents in the Baltimore area that were interviewed and we were chosen to be one of the 13 agents to participate in the SCOPE Project.
